Founded by industry professionals with extensive experience in controls, HVAC, electrical systems, and project execution, Anchor Building Solutions serves commercial, institutional, industrial, and mission-critical facilities across the Southeast. Together with our affiliated controls company, TriMar Controls, we provide practical, reliable solutions for facility environments.
Our Leadership
Decades of combined leadership across building automation, HVAC, electrical systems, energy services, and business operations – committed to dependable delivery and trusted client partnerships.
A licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of engineering and executive leadership experience, Ashley leads the strategic growth, operational execution, and client-focused delivery of Anchor Building Solutions. He holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and multiple industry certifications, including CEM, CBCP, and LEED AP.
An entrepreneur with a disciplined focus on people and process, Blake spent 12 years at Chick-fil-A, Inc. building its corporate leadership development program and overseeing regional P&L portfolios upwards of $200 million. He leads the financial strategy, fiscal planning, budgeting, and performance management of ABS.
Ted brings more than four decades of electrical, building automation, and operational leadership experience, including senior roles with Honeywell Controls and Andover Controls and over two decades of service in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He oversees project execution, field operations, quality assurance, and delivery standards across ABS.
